These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the concrete calculator, material estimator, and related pages (the “Service”) operated by Varyense and its affiliates (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Website usage
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt servers, scrape the Service in a way that impairs performance, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use automated means that violate reasonable rate limits.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
2. Accuracy disclaimer
The Service provides estimates and educational outputs based on simplified models and your inputs. Results depend on assumptions (mix design, densities, wastage, pricing you enter, and geometry). Actual site conditions, codes, supplier materials, and structural requirements vary. You are solely responsible for verifying quantities, costs, and safety with qualified professionals and suppliers before ordering concrete or performing construction work.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or any content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (typically zero for free use) or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50), unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its layout, text, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business estimation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law.

6. Modifications to services and content

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Varyense’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws of your country mandate otherwise.
